Top 10 things you have to do at the new Harry Potter theme park (in order)

potter_theme_park_harry_flight_hippogriff_caa.jpgThere’s a new castle in town, and unlike the traditional Orlando landmark, this one isn’t inhabited by a mouse or a fairytale princess.

More likely to be crawling with giants, ghosts and house elves, Hogwarts Castle at Universal Orlando’s Wizarding World of Harry Potter opens in a matter of weeks, along with loads more attractions that promise to be some of the most advanced theme park experiences anywhere.

CAA NORTH & EAST ONTARIO RESPONDS TO ZOOM AIRLINES ANNOUNCEMENT

Ottawa, August 29, 2008- CAA North & East Ontario (CAANEO) is committed to ensuring peace of mind for all travelers who rely on their services. In the wake of the announcement by Otta`wa-based Zoom Airlines that it has halted all flights and grounded its planes, hundreds of passengers have been stranded and thousands of would-be vacationers are left looking for alternate plans.

Think Outside the Box this Father’s Day

Every year it’s the same thing. At the beginning of June, stores start to stock up on golf supplies, weird gadgets and, of course, ties. These generic offerings seem to be the best thing that retailers can come up with for father’s day. It’s like merchants have a specific idea of what dad’s are and what they like, and it never seems to change. So, most dad’s are now in possession of an obscene amount of ties (whether they wear them for work or not), an outrageous amount of golf balls and tees (whether they play or not), and a collection of strange gizmos that never get played and just take up space. This year, though, you should do something different and actually get something for your dad that he can use and enjoy.

Happy Birthday CAA!

It’s been 105 years since the formation of CAA, and we’ve come a long way, baby! Back when we first started we had just 27 members, and today, both CAA and AAA together have surpassed the 50 million member mark. This makes CAA and AAA the largest paid membership organization in North America.
