Give the Gift of Security this Mother’s Day: CAA Membership

May 6th, 2008

It’s that time of the year again. It’s time to show your mom how much you love and appreciate her for all of the hard work she’s done over the course of your life. And, if you have a mom like mine, it’s probably difficult to decide on what the perfect gift might be. Well, consider your search over! Giving your mom a CAA membership gives her a gift that she can use the whole year, and, it gives you peace of mind in terms of thinking of your mom’s safety and security.

Not only will your mom be covered for roadside assistance, (which will help put your mind at ease), she’ll also be able to take advantage of her CAA membership to access cheaper insurance rates, preferred member rates when traveling and a whole bunch of other savings. With a CAA membership, your mom could experience discounts at the following places:

• Linens-N-Things
• Hertz
 Universal Music Canada
• LensCrafters
• Payless
• Cineplex
• And many more!

If your mom is planning a trip away this year, a CAA membership will allow her to access savings on travel insurance and get discounts on one of CAA’s Exclusive Getaways. While on vacation, CAA members can get special discounted rates to different hotels and theme parks, and can take advantage of CAA’s Triptik Travel Planner to get tour books and customizable maps.

Mom’s are important, and as they age, they can become more and more of a concern for their adult kids. Giving your mom a CAA membership gives you peace of mind that if her car were to ever break down or if her battery died, she’d be able to get assistance from CAA’s Roadside SOS service or from their battery assist department.

So, although you could get your mom a bouquet of flowers or a box of chocolates this Mother’s Day, it might be wiser to get her something that she can use the whole year. After all, long after the flowers are dead, and the chocolate is eaten, a CAA membership will continue to offer your mom safety and security, and help you rest easier at night knowing that your mom is protected in case of an emergency.
