How to Use CAA Service Tracker on Your Smartphone

Here’s a quick guide to the app to help you make the most of it.

Got your smartphone handy? It takes just seconds to download the CAA Mobile App, and doing so makes it easier to make, keep track of and even cancel your emergency roadside request with just the swipe of a finger using our Service Tracker feature. Once it’s on your phone, you can drive with the peace of mind of knowing that roadside help is never far away.

Have no fear if you’re not tech savvy, using Service Tracker is fast and easy. But just in case you need some assistance, we’ve broken down the basic steps below that enable you to place a roadside service request using the CAA Mobile App on your phone…it’s as easy as 1-2-3:

1.Type in your postal code, Member number and password at the in-app prompt:
2. Select Roadside Assistance from the menu.
3. Select Submit Request (or Call, if you like), and complete the form that pops up. That's it!

Your app can be used all the time, not just when you need emergency roadside assistance.
