Member Needs and Wants
As an advocate for our Members since 1903, CAA remains committed to providing its Members with informative public service programs and strong representation to all levels of government and industry. We aim to ensure that the voice of CAA Members is heard by government, while keeping Members informed about the issues that affect them. Member opinions form the basis of everything CAA does. Through various Member surveys conducted annually, Members provide feedback to the Club on a variety of topics including - traffic and safety, the environment, infrastructure and collision reduction. Based on survey results, CAA develops policy positions and programs. |
