As President and CEO of CAA North & East Ontario (CAANEO), Christina Hlusko is committed to exploring different avenues that will allow the Club to continue to uphold the organization's long-standing commitment of providing its membership with best-in-class service in all that it offers. Christina joined CAA North & East Ontario in 2002 and since then has been a valuable member of the organization's senior management team, having overseen the Club's Human Resources, IT, Quality Assurance, Travel and Automotive Services departments, while also representing the Club on numerous CAA and AAA committees. Under her leadership as Vice-President of Operations, CAANEO achieved a significant milestone when its Automotive Services department ranked number one for satisfaction amongst all 56 CAA and AAA clubs for the longest consecutive stretch in the association's history. The Club's various successes over the years can largely be attributed to the efforts of the phenomenal team at CAANEO, which is why Christina considers it an honour to lead such a dedicated group of individuals who take pride in everything they do to serve CAA North & East Ontario's Members and communities. CAA North & East Ontario knows that change is a constant reality of today's lifestyle and is aware that resting on current achievements may not keep the Club relevant to its Members in the future. With this in mind, Christina continuously works closely with internal and external partners as a means to look into enhancing what a CAA membership provides to Members, be it through new CAA Rewards™ partners, Member-exclusive travel products and offerings, or new ways to interact with the Club. Born in Montreal, Christina Hlusko graduated from McGill University with a Bachelor of Arts in Industrial Relations (1987) and completed her Masters of Industrial Relations at Queen's University (1988). Most recently as CAA North & East Ontario's Vice-President of Operations, Christina has worked in a variety of fields, including human resources, labour relations and travel services. Christina has the support of her husband and teenage daughter, who shares her love of travel and experiencing all the world has to offer. |
