Auto or home insurance claims
If it’s an emergency, call us right away at 1‑877‑222‑1717. Otherwise, you can submit an online claim.
Travel Insurance claims
To start a claim, contact CAA Assistance while in-destination or upon your return home. Call 1-888-493-0161 in Canada and mainland United States or 1-519-988-7044 collect from anywhere else in the world. For more information, visit “start a claim” page.

CAA Term Life Insurance
For term life insurance policies purchased after December 31st, 2023, you can contact service@caa.securiancanada.ca or call 1-866-714-9007 (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST) to speak to an advisor and start your claim.
For one-year or five-year term life insurance policies purchased prior to January 1st, 2024, you can contact memberservice@securiancanada.ca or call 1-844-894-0380 (Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 8 p.m. EST) to speak to an advisor and start your claim.
For all other life insurance policies purchased prior to January 1st, 2024, you can contact am_caa@manulife.com (for English service), am_caa@manuvie.com (for French service) or call 1-877-261-8222 to speak to an advisor and start your claim.
CAA Health and Dental Insurance
Many claims can be submitted through your medical service provider by providing them with your CAA Benefits card or Member ID.
Submit a claim yourself by logging into your CAA Account and clicking the "Make a Claim" button on your in-force health and dental insurance policy.

CAA Critical Illness Insurance
