How do I pay at the pump without using Shell EasyPay™?

Follow prompts at the pump to insert your valid CAA Membership card, your Air Miles card if applicable, and your preferred payment method. After selecting 'Pay' to get started, then select 'Pay at the Pump'.

Can I use this offer outside of Ontario?

Yes, the offer is available at all participating Shell locations. For a list of participating Shell locations, visit the Shell Station locator.

Can I pay in-store using Shell EasyPay™?

Tap 'Shell EasyPay™ from the home screen of the Shell app
Tap 'Pay Inside'
Confirm your payment method and authorize payment
Show the QR code to the Sales Associate to scan to pay for your purchase

What if I forget to produce my CAA Membership card for car wash or convenience store purchases?

The offer is only available if you present your CAA Membership card prior to payment. The discount cannot be provided after purchase.

How do I pay at the pump using Shell EasyPay™ after I loaded my CAA Membership card?

Is the discount combinable with AIR MILES®?

Yes, you can receive the CAA Member discount and earn AIR MILES®:

If you are paying at the pump, you will be prompted to insert your CAA Membership card and then your AIR MILES® card.
If you are paying through the Shell app, you can load your CAA Membership number and AIR MILES® card number into the app.
If you are paying in-store, you will need to show your CAA Membership card along with your AIR MILES® card to receive both offers.

What if my CAA Membership card will not swipe at the pump or in-store?

How do I start using the Shell app for payment?

Download the Shell app and follow the steps to load your CAA Membership number, your AIR MILES® card number if applicable, and your preferred method of payment.

What if I do not have my CAA Membership card with me? Can I scan my digital CAA Membership card at the pump for the discount?

Your physical CAA Membership card is required to receive the discount at the pump and in-store. Your CAA Membership number cannot be manually entered, nor can the digital card be scanned. For automatic processing, load your CAA Membership card into Shell app.

Is the CAA Member offer valid at Flying J stations?

No, unfortunately Flying J stations are excluded from this offer.

Is the discount immediate?

Yes. When your swipe your CAA Membership card at the pump, present your CAA Membership card in-store, or if using the Shell EasyPay™, the discount will automatically be applied to purchase.

Will I see the discount details on my Shell receipt?

Yes, the receipt you receive from the pump or in-store will show you the discount you received by being a CAA Member.

Is the CAA Member offer available at all Shell locations in Ontario?
