CAA's Mobile Auto Repair makes car care easy and affordable. Many auto repair and maintenance tasks can be done right at your home, so there's no need to wait at the garage! Our licensed mechanics will assess the health of your vehicle, providing necessary repairs and maintenance to ensure a long lifespan for your vehicle. Delaying car servicing routines can lead to engine damage and compromise safety, but with our pit crew by your side, you can have peace of mind knowing your vehicle is in good hands.

  • Appointments must be booked online, at least 48 hours in advance. Bookings will not be accepted through our call centres.
  • Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability.
  • Mobile Auto Repair is suspended if the weather reaches an ambient temperature of -10 degrees Celsius and below.

Types of Appointments

Mobile Auto Repair offers two types of appointments: Diagnostic and Multi-Point Inspection, each serving a unique purpose in assessing your vehicle.
During a diagnostic appointment we utilize our expertise, advanced tools, and technology to identify the issue accurately. Afterwards, we source the required parts from our extensive network, provide you a written quote, and complete the repair with your approval.
A multi-point inspection is particularly useful when you want to assess the car's overall health. We provide you with a detailed report on your car's health, highlighting any potential issues or areas that require attention.
DiagnosticMulti-Point Inspection*
If you notice a particular issue, diagnostics are a great way to locate particular issues that require more investigation.This is a broader look at the entire the vehicle, from front to back.
Special software is used to assess problems with your vehicle, such as poor braking or engine noise.Includes a 50+ point check (hood, belts, hoses, mounts, ignition, fluids, suspension, brakes, battery, tires and more).
Once an assessment is made, our team will report on the issues they find.This service is ideal for determining a vehicle's health prior to buying/selling, or going on a road trip.

Example: You notice a grinding noise when you turn a corner. A diagnostic would identify the life left in your brakes and inspect all mechanics around them.Example: You want to buy or sell a vehicle, but want to get an honest opinion about its condition.

Please note: If a repair is needed, the technician will schedule you for a future appointment. Repairs will be scheduled within 24-48 hours, depending on part availability and eligibility.

No, the multi-point inspection appointment does not provide a safety standards certificate.

The price of the service is dependent on CAA Membership level. Payment will be processed by the technician once the service is complete. They accept Visa and Mastercard.

We allow a minimum of 1 hour for the diagnostic or multi-point inspection to be completed.

Yes, you will need to greet the technician before the service is performed, and complete payment at the end of the service.

We can perform detailing on 4-wheel passenger vehicles and trucks up to 1/2 ton. CAA reserves the right to cancel appointments if the vehicle's make/model is unserviceable.

Repairs are completed on location of the vehicle, services provided will be as listed on a written quote. Quotation and invoice price may change up to a maximum of 10%. Any changes in final invoiced price that exceeds 10% of the originally quoted price,  will need the client's approval before continuing. Large repairs can un-surface further issues during disassembly that could not have been discovered during initial diagnostic. This may require clients to further approval any additional work needed to successfully complete larger repairs.

Over 360 repairs can be done at your home however select repairs may require you to take your vehicle to the garage or request a tow from CAA.

Our automotive partner offers a 1 year 20,000 kilometer warranty on all parts and products installed from the date of purchase for all parts, products and labour. Warranty is non-transferable. We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee policy. If you are not 100% satisfied with services provided, it is up to the client to notify the company within 30 days following the service so that the company can resolve any issues pending.

Warranty is not covered on client-supplied parts. At any time parts are supplied by the client for any job, any labour provided in relation to client-supplied parts are not covered under warranty. Unless otherwise agreed upon in a written contract. If a client supplied part fails or does not work due to a manufacturer defect, it’s not covered by the company and you will need to contact the part supplier to cover the part and associated labour to replace it. Warranty on company-supplied parts may include a replacement part by the supplier when a refund is not applicable.

Warranty is void when damage to your vehicle is caused by rough use/misuse as a commercial vehicle, general misuse, and neglect on proper and routine maintenance as directed by the vehicles owners’ manual. Any alterations/modifications to the vehicle with aftermarket parts or any external causes like fires, accidents, etc.

Any work that was not scheduled through the company or that was paid to the mechanic directly and not through the company’s program/system is not covered under warranty.

Any issue or pre-existing mechanic/electrical issue that is not in relation to the repair scheduled for or not known by the mechanic is not covered under warranty. (Replacing a water pump and hoses that were old and brittle break are not covered.)

Any repairs that are requested by the client for the mechanic to perform that was not included in the initial contact are not covered and result in extra fees at the client’s expense.

If after services completed, the client takes their vehicle to another mechanic to diagnose a repair or issue that they believe was caused after receiving services. If this is done without giving the company the first opportunity to inspect and correct any problems that would be covered under warranty, or hasn’t been given consent by the company to have another mechanic company to do so on our behalf, voids the warranty entirely.

Any consequential effects of services performed. (A differential fluid change is completed, but due to the lack of regular fluid changes the differential fails to operate properly because it cannot handle the new fluid is not covered under warranty)

The vehicle must be parked outside with a minimum of three meters (10 feet) of space between vehicles or other obstructions.

We prefer the vehicle to be parked outside with a minimum of three meters (10 feet) of space between the vehicle and other obstructions. We will only perform the service in a garage if the weather is inclement and there is adequate room in the garage to perform the service safely.

Yes, however it is the Member's responsibility to obtain permission from the building to complete the service in the underground parking garage or to locate a viable spot to complete the chip repair with adequate space.

Due to the safety of our technician, we will not perform the service on a street. Alternative arrangements must be made by the Member for a safe location.

The service technician will have wheel chocks, so as long as the slope is not extreme there should not be a problem.

Yes, we can perform the service as long as you have written permission on company letterhead from the business owner.
