Protect yourself and your belongings

Tenant insurance protects renters against unexpected damages, losses, and liabilities within their leased property. It provides the ease of mind that you and your belongings are protected against common risks.

What is tenant insurance?

Tenant insurance, or renters’ insurance, provides a way to protect your belongings, as a landlord's property insurance does not cover their tenants' belongings. When tenants get a tenant insurance policy, they must decide which items to cover.

In the case of an incident such as a robbery, fire, or flood, where insured possessions are damaged or stolen, the insurer will provide compensation to help cover the repair or replacement costs.

Commonly insured items through tenant insurance

Large Electronics
Furniture
Sports Equipment
Kitchenware
Musical Instruments

In the case of an incident such as a robbery, fire, or flood, where insured possessions are damaged or stolen, the insurer will provide compensation to help cover the repair or replacement costs.
