File a travel insurance claim with CAA

To start a claim, contact CAA Assistance while in-destination or upon your return home. Call 1-888-493-0161 in Canada and mainland United States or 1-519-988-7044 collect from anywhere else in the world. CAA Assistance will initiate your travel insurance claim and provide you with a case number and claim form.

Remember to include your policy number on all communication related to your claim and submit the required documentation to:
