What is the CAA Travel SMART Certification?
It’s an educational program for CAA Travel Consultants consisting of three levels, providing our consultants the tools and knowledge specially designed for travel during the pandemic – so you can trust the information you receive.
- Level 1: specific tools to understand the changes to each segment of the travel industry, like cruising and guided tours.
- Level 2: in-depth instructions provided by preferred CAA Travel Partners on their operational changes and enhancements due to the pandemic.
- Level 3: a deeper understanding that the role Global Affairs Canada plays in the safety of Canadians travelling abroad.
Upon completion of the CAA Travel SMART program, consultants will receive the CAA National Designation of CAA Trusted Travel Professional.
