Need a new battery?
CAA’s Mobile Battery Service will test, replace and recycle your old car battery wherever you are. Members can save $25 on the purchase of a new CAA Premium Battery. Delivery and installation are included at no additional cost.

CAA Bike Assist™ offers peace of mind for cyclists. If you experience a breakdown, simply call CAA North & East Ontario's emergency road service and we'll send one of our service vehicles to pick up you and bicycle at the nearest point of accessibility.

Yes, your CAA Membership provides emergency roadside assistance throughout Canada and the United States. Should you require service outside of CAA North & East Ontario club territory, please call 1-800-CAA-HELP (1-800-222-4357) or visit the CAA Mobile App from your device to request service and receive live updates on your driver’s location.
No, emergency roadside services are exclusive benefits for CAA Members. To access these services join now.
When you call for emergency roadside assistance, please have the following information ready:
- Your name
- Your CAA Membership number and government-issued ID
- The apparent problem with your vehicle
- Vehicle make, model, year and colour
- Exact location of the vehicle (address and nearest cross street) or the point of safety you're calling from (telephone number if possible)
Please note the Member receiving the service must be present with the vehicle when the technician arrives.
