How are diamonds different from stars?

In order to provide the best experience possible, we’ve taken the time to reflect on the latest traveller expectations while evaluating various hotels and restaurants. The program is based on expert opinions and insights in relation to traveller-based guidelines to determine which hotels and restaurants exceed expectations while most rating systems are based solely on traveller reviews.

Properties are only rated as an official Diamond property after a diligent and thorough inspection process that proves the selected properties are truly worthy of a Diamond rating while meeting all CAA Travel requirements. The sense of relief in knowing a trip is within budget and goes above expectations determined by a professional inspection is priceless itself.
