During this second provincial state of emergency, CAA North & East Ontario (CAANEO) is pulling together to support CAA Members and the communities we serve during the Ontario lockdown. Here's how:
CAA Temporary Delivery Service
CAANEO is offering to deliver groceries and other essential supplies to all Members in self-isolation during Ontario’s second lockdown. The contactless delivery is intended to make physical distancing a little easier, and to help the most vulnerable Members of our community. Members who have compromised immune systems or are over the age of 65+ will receive this service at no charge. Order here!
CAA Social Calls
CAANEO call centre staff are making social calls to check in on anyone that requests the service. This service is available to the general public, not just CAA Members. The purpose of these calls is simply to chat and ensure that the isolated and vulnerable remain in good spirits during this crisis. Sign up here!
CAA At-Home Battery Service
Cars sitting idle in driveways are prone to battery failure. Here's how you can prevent needing a battery boost. Plus, use your CAA Membership to book an appointment from your home for CAA’s Mobile Battery Service. A CAA light-service battery technician will test, replace and recycle your car battery – right in your driveway. Make your appointment here!

Curbside Pick-up and Virtual Appointments
CAA Members may be spending more time at home, but the Club looks forward to welcoming everyone back in CAA Stores when the time comes. Until then, CAA Stores are fully equipped to provide curbside pick-up* and virtual travel and insurance appointment services. Click here for more details!
