Canadian Tulip Festival

Each May, Ottawa is bursting with the colours of thousands of tulips across the city for the Canadian Tulip Festival. To celebrate the historic royal gift of tulips from the Dutch to Canada immediately following the Second World War, Commissioners Park will have over 300,000 tulips.
