Marketing Specialist
LOCATION: HYBRID: Remote & 1031 Bank Street, Ottawa
TERM: Full-Time, Permanent
Overview
The Marketing Specialist supports CAA North & East Ontario's club marketing projects. This role involves planning, executing, tracking, analyzing, and optimizing marketing strategies across multiple channels, including print, outdoor advertising, email, and digital platforms.
The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and proactive, with a strong ability to manage various marketing campaigns and contribute to the development of marketing materials, social campaigns, and web content.
Responsibilities
Campaign Execution & Management
- Support the Membership Marketing team in executing membership acquisition strategies, testing processes, and delivering new member sales objectives.
- Lead media planning for outdoor and third-party digital advertising and other campaign tactics as needed.
- Oversee marketing tactics for Automotive Pit Crew services, ensuring alignment with operational requirements.
- Contribute to marketing projects for membership and automotive initiatives.
- Build email campaigns and website pages.
Collaboration & Coordination
- Work collaboratively with marketing, design, communications, and digital teams to implement membership marketing campaigns.
- Manage day-to-day vendor and supplier relationships.
Analysis & Reporting
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of campaigns and content.
- Track and analyze marketing programs, updating reports and summarizing findings.
- Present campaign results to the marketing team.
General Marketing Support
- Participate in other marketing programs and projects as required.

Experience & Education
- 3-5 years of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Undergraduate degree or college diploma in Business, Advertising, Media, or Marketing.
Technical Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Familiarity with Customer Data Management (CDM) or Customer Data Experience Programs (CDXP) is an asset.
- Knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Search, Google Display, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing).
- Understanding of marketing analysis and experience with analytic reports and data interpretation.

Compensation
- Salary: $60,000 - $65,000
- 5% Annual Performance Bonus
