CAA Business eligible vehicles

CAA Business Membership's Commercial Roadside Service solution covers a variety of vehicle types. If you do not see your vehicle(s) listed below, please contact business@caaneo.ca for eligibility. 

For service to be provided, you must be on a road that is accessible to our roadside assistance vehicles. Please note that CAA/AAA clubs outside of CAA North and East Ontario’s territory may not offer the same services or coverage. If this applies at your breakdown location, there may be an additional charge. If so, simply pay for the service and return the itemized receipt to CAA North & East Ontario with the vehicle information on it (make, model, and plate) within 30 days of the incident, based on the prevailing commercial rates.  You can then apply for a reimbursement of service here.
