Vicky Paine-Mantha | Chair of the Board

A resident of North Bay, Vicky has been a member of the Board since 2013, a CAA member since 1996. She has held the role of Treasurer from 2016 to 2018 and was most recently appointed to the position of the Chair of the Board.

Vicky has extensive executive experience at the post-secondary education level having served as President and Vice Chancellor of Nipissing University and prior to that as Vice President of Finance and Administration. In 2000, she was selected as the Lieutenant Governor-in-Council as a member of the Board of Governors of Nipissing University.

Other past experiences include Executive Vice President, Strategic Business Development for Momentum Healthware Inc. and Vice President of Finance and Administration at Canadore College of Applied Arts and Technology.

Vicky was honoured with the Influential Women of Northern Ontario award in 1999. Her health software development company, Healthware Technologies Inc. also won the Northern Ontario Small Business of the Year award in 1996.

She received her Chartered Accounting Designation ( CPA, CA) in 1983 and has a Master of Business Administration from Laurentian University.
