CHALLENGE

The Canadian Automobile Association (CAA) is one of the largest consumer-based organizations in Canada, servicing more than six million Members. CAA offers exceptional Emergency Roadside Service, complete Automotive and Travel Services, Member savings and comprehensive Insurance Services. By providing a complimentary one-year CAA Membership to each new customer that purchased a used vehicle, customers were now covered for any type of roadside emergency.
RESULTS
The client was able to increase used vehicle sales, provide customers with peace of mind for any type of roadside emergency and allowed them to enjoy many CAA Member benefits, including savings at restaurants, attractions, retail stores; and on travel packages, insurance products and more. This was a compelling differentiator in a competitive marketplace.
