CAA Travel Stores Now Open for Curbside Pickup

Ottawa, ON May 19, 2020 – CAA North & East Ontario Travel Stores are open for curbside pickup. Following the Province of Ontario’s Framework for Reopening our Province, CAA NEO travel stores with street-level entrances are now offering curbside pickup. Hours for pickup service are Monday to Saturday, 12:00 – 4:00p.m. with a 24-hour call-ahead required.

Luggage, travel accessories, maps, travel brochures, TourBooks®, Triptiks® etc. can be ordered in advance by calling ahead, prepaying over the phone, and arranging curbside pickup.

“We are ensuring our practices are aligned with guidance from public health and government organizations. The health and wellbeing of our customers and staff remains our top priority,” says Jeff Walker, CEO, CAA North & East Ontario. “We want to thank our Members for their patience and loyalty, and we welcome them back as we progress toward a gradual full re-opening,” says Walker.

CAA NEO travel agents remain available for travel, membership and insurance inquiries over the phone, six days a week, 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.
