Online emergency roadside services

Select online emergency roadside services will unavailable, including service requests through the website and CAA Mobile App. CAA's online service tracker, text updates, and notifications will also be unavailable.

Call 1-800-CAA-HELP (222-4357) if you require emergency roadside service.

Online Membership sales and website joins

Online Membership sales and website joins will be unavailable. To join CAA, call 1-844-252-3648. CAA Call Centres will be closed between 8 p.m. and 8 a.m.

My Account will also be unavailable during this period. To access your My Account, please login after the issue is resolved.

Online travel sales

Online travel purchases for hotels, car rentals, flights, tours, cruises, vacations packages and activities will be unavailable. Call 1-800-705-1803 to speak with a CAA Travel Consultant to purchase travel.

Online travel insurance

Online purchases of CAA Travel Insurance will be unavailable. Call  1-800-705-1803 to make a travel insurance purchase or do so online after the issue is resolved.

Using CAA Dollars®

CAA Members will be unable to redeem CAA Dollars for in-store purchases, new Memberships, or Membership renewals. If you would like to redeem your CAA Dollars, please do so after the issue is resolved.
