Member notice: Closure of CAA's Parry Sound location

October 3, 2023 (Ottawa) –

As of October 31, 2023, CAA North & East Ontario's store location in Parry Sound will permanently close. 

How will it affect CAANEO Members? 

Passport photos and maps:  If Members require passport photos until October 31, 2023, the store will be open during regular business hours. After November 1, 2023, CAA will reimburse Members for the cost of passport photos obtained elsewhere until October 31, 2024. Simply submit your receipt to: Sudbury@caaneo.on.ca.

Roadside assistance:  Roadside services will not change in the Parry Sound area. 

Travel and Memberships:  CAA Members continue to get the full-service experience in booking travel, buying Memberships or purchasing travel insurance. 

CAA TripTiks® and Tourbooks®: Create a TripTik® online and use the print-at-home feature or browse TourBooks® online. TripTiks® are no longer printed in stores.

Want to visit CAA in person? Our stores in Thunder Bay, North Bay and Sudbury continue to offer Members in-person help.
