Eligible vehicles | CAA North & East Ontario

CAA North & East Ontario covers a variety of vehicle types. CAA Bike Assist is available to all level of Memberships. Motorcycle coverage is available to Plus® and Premier® Members. To confirm your vehicle's eligibility, please contact caaautomotive@caaneo.ca.

For service to be provided, you must be on a road that is accessible to our Roadside Assistance vehicles. Some CAA clubs outside Ontario do not offer the same services and coverage. If such is the case at the breakdown site, there may be a charge for service. If so, simply pay for the service and return the original receipt to CAA North & East Ontario within 30 days of the incident for reimbursement, based on the prevailing commercial rates.

Eligible recreational vehicles (RVs)

Only holders of the RV Membership (Plus® RV and Premier® RV) are entitled to all types of roadside assistance service for the recreational vehicles listed below. CAA Classic®, CAA Plus® and CAA Premier® Members are not entitled to service for these vehicles. Please note that the drive shaft sometimes has to be removed or disconnected to ensure the towing goes smoothly. However, the re-installation is not included in the service, and is the responsibility of the Member.
