*Arrival is two calendar days after departure due to time zone differences and the length of the flight.

Cancellation Policy:

Accessibility:
Specific airlines and routes cannot be guaranteed; however, Together. Groups by CAA Travel will do its best to provide the most direct route possible. Due to Air schedules not being available, at time of print, routes may unexpectedly include several connections. Vehicles and facilities may not meet the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act (AODA) standards. Participants must be able to transport and move their own luggage and be able embark and disembark all transportation methods without assistance.  A good level of mobility is required for walking tours in destinations where stairs and traditional cobblestone streets can be challenging.

Responsibilities:
CAA Travel (North & East Ontario) Inc. reminds all Members that they must ultimately assume responsibility for their actions while on tour. The Canadian government agencies regularly issue advisories and warnings to travelers giving details of local conditions in specified cities and countries according to such agency's perception of risks to travelers. CAA Travel (North & East Ontario) Inc. strongly recommends that Members and their CAA Travel Counsellors obtain and consider such information when making travel decisions. Members are responsible to bring all necessary travel documents such as passports, visas, proof of citizenship, re-entry permits, minor's permissions, medical certificates showing all necessary vaccinations & prescription medications, and all other documents necessary in the countries to which the Member will travel. It is the Members sole responsibility to obtain and have available, when necessary, the appropriate valid travel documents.
