Terms and conditions

  • Discount applies to bookings made from 04 December 2025 to 23 March 2026 (inclusive) for selected HX departures from 23 December 2025 to 31 March 2028 (inclusive). Bookings outside of these periods do not qualify. Applies to new bookings only and will not be applied to any existing or held bookings.
  • Applies automatically to valid Tour Codes and only to Tour Code components (including voyage and local domestic flights). Offer does not apply to optional excursions, pre/post tours, insurance, additional hotel accommodation, transfers, international arrival and departure flights, arrival and departure packages and group bookings.
  • Applies to new bookings only and will not be applied to any existing or held bookings.
  • Bookings are subject to availability and may be limited, amended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
  • Combinable with Silver, Gold and Platinum members on the HX Explorers loyalty program.

250 EUR discount for Galápagos and Norway

  • 250 EUR discount for Norway and the Galápagos sailings is valid for all newcomers who make an eligible booking and have not previously travelled with HX Expeditions. The discount will be calculated and applied to the total cruise fare booking amount prior to the application of any subsequent percentage discounts. Offer valid on all new bookings made between 04 December 2025 and 23 March 2026 and is valid on all departures between 23 December 2025 and 31 March 2028. ​
  • The discount shall apply on a per-person basis and is calculated according to the total number of passengers included in a single booking.
  • Norway and the Galapagos offer is only redeemable by calling our Expedition Specialists.​

250 EUR Onboard Credit

  • 250 EUR onboard credit is valid for all newcomers who make an eligible booking and have not previously travelled with HX Expeditions. Offer is valid on all new bookings made between 04 December 2025 to 23 March 2026 and is valid on all departures between 23 December 2025 and 31 March 2028.
  • Onboard Credit is provided to each guest account at the time of booking as a credit of €250 to the account.
  • Onboard credit is issued per person and not per cabin. Onboard credit can be used to purchase certain products or services onboard our expedition ships.
  • This offer is combinable with other offers active at the time of booking. Other restrictions may apply. Please use the code “HX-WAVE-OBC” when booking with our Expedition Specialists.
  • Onboard credit cannot be applied to cruise fare, airfare, hotel costs, tax or service charges.
  • You can apply onboard credit to: Spa treatments (on selected vessels), speciality dining, shore excursions, bar and lounge purchases and onboard shop purchases.
  • Onboard credit is non-refundable, non-transferable and has no cash value. Onboard credit will expire if not used by the last night of the cruise. Any unused portion of onboard credit will be forfeited and cannot be carried over from one cruise to another. This offer is combinable with other offers active at the time of booking.
