Your itinerary at a glance

Day 1: Arrive in San José, Costa Rica

Days 2-4: Arenal (3 nights)

  • Day 2: Visit a local coffee plantation and journey to Arenal, overlooking the majestic Arenal Volcano.
  • Day 3: Explore the Cano Negro Wildlife Refuge by riverboat in search of monkeys, sloths, caimans and exotic birds.
  • Day 4: Visit a family-owned farm, learn about sustainable agriculture and enjoy a farm-to-table lunch.

Days 5-6: Monteverde (2 nights)

  • Day 5: Discover the Monteverde Cloud Forest on a guided nature walk through one of Costa Rica's most remarkable ecosystems.
  • Day 6: Choose between a Hanging Bridges tour or an exhilarating zip-line canopy adventure through the cloud forest.

Days 7-8: Guanacaste (2 nights)

  • Day 7: Travel to the Pacific Coast and settle into your beachfront resort in Guanacaste.
