Effective July 1, 2026, Ontario has updated the Accident Benefit coverages. These updates are intended to give you more flexibility to tailor your coverage according to your needs.
What are Accident Benefits
If you're injured in a motor vehicle accident in Ontario, your auto insurance is there to support you with something called Accident Benefits, which provides financial and medical support — no matter who was at fault.
