CAA Member Benefits Update

CAA regularly reviews Member services and benefits to increase our value to you and your satisfaction with us.

With your feedback, we evaluated specific benefits and determined that the following are under-utilized and no longer relevant or providing value to Members:

Worldwide Concierge Service

CAA previously provided Worldwide Concierge Service enabling access to services when travelling domestically or internationally.

Theft, Hit-and-Run, Vandalism Arrest Award

This service offered a cash reward for information leading to the arrest and conviction of a hit-and-run driver whose vehicle is responsible for a reported personal injury/collision.

Travel Accident Insurance (underwritten by Chubb)

This service provided up to $500,000 of insurance coverage in case of accidental death, dismemberment or loss of sight during a trip via common carrier (airline or car rental provider).

CAA North & East Ontario will continue to offer and invest in free benefits of value to our Members through the CAA Rewards® program, including new partnerships with retail partners such as Addition Elle, Penningtons, and Bouclair.
