The Canada Post service disruption will impact the delivery of mail including account statements, membership cards and insurance policy documents. We’ve compiled a list of solutions below to help you in manage your Membership during this disruption. New Members
You can access your digital Membership card and download a temporary card you can print, by creating your CAA My Account. Your physical card will be mailed to you once Canada Post mail service resumes.

Renewing Members
We understand that the Canada Post service disruption may affect Members who receive or pay their CAA North & East Ontario Membership bills by mail. To avoid any service disruptions renew your Membership using these alternative options:
- Renew Online: Simply log in to My Account and renew your Membership online
- Call: Contact one of our CAA Membership specialists by calling 1-800-705-1803
- Visit a CAA Store: Find your nearest CAA Store here
- Use a Bank Provider: Set-up your renewal payment through your banking provider online or by telephone. Simply add CAA North & East Ontario as the payee and use your 16-digit CAA Membership number as the account number.
Auto and Home Insurance
