Things to know before booking
- Prior to starting your service, the technician will conduct a full inspection of your vehicle, and additional service fees may be assessed at this time.
- The appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled, due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather.
- Please note that booking season runs from May to October.

The Basic Refresh package is ideal for light maintenance between deeper cleanings. For heavily soiled vehicles, we recommend choosing the Interior Detailing or the Works packages.

Yes, additional fees apply for add-on services. Add-ons are only available with the Interior Detailing and The Works packages. Exterior add-ons require selection of The Works package. All costs will be presented to you before the detailing service begins.
No, exterior add-ons are only available for The Works package. A hand wash and dry of the vehicle's exterior is included in the Basic Refresh package as well.
CAA Mobile Auto Detailing is available seasonally for Members from May to October.
Regular maintenance should always include a specialised cleaning of your vehicle. Our pit crew uses special types of equipment required for the process to be done. Deep cleaning of your car’s interior prevents dust from causing wear and tear, and removes old stubborn stains from your dashboards, mats or leather seats.
We allow a minimum of two hours for the detailing service to be completed.
Yes, there is a charge starting from $39 if the technicians need additional time. All costs will be presented to you before the detailing service begins.

Prior to starting your service, the technician will conduct a full inspection of your vehicle's condition. Additional service fees may be assessed at this time. CAA Mobile Auto Detailing is currently only available in select regions of Greater Ottawa. Please note that appointments in North Gower, Richmond, Kars, Dunrobin, and Carp may be subject to a two to three hour variance from the scheduled appointment time. Service is only available to active CAA Members in good standing (Membership paid in full by Membership expiry date). CAA Mobile Auto Detailing is only available for cars, SUVs, and trucks up to 1/2 ton. Service can take at least two hours to perform. CAA Member must be present at time of appointment and remain during the duration of the service. CAA and our automotive partners reserve the right to refuse service in the event the vehicle are deemed unsafe by the service technician. Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. CAA Mobile Auto Detailing will not count as an entitlement to the Membership.
