1. Visit caaneo.ca/termsandconditions for full Membership Terms and Conditions. Terms and conditions apply.
Before starting the service, the technician will perform a full inspection of your bike’s condition, and additional service fees may be applied based on the inspection. CAA does not service batteries or motors for electric bikes (e-bikes). The service is limited to select bike types. CAA Mobile Bike Service is currently available only in select regions of Greater Ottawa and is offered exclusively to active CAA Members in good standing, with Membership fully paid by the expiry date. CAA Mobile Bike Service does not count as a Membership entitlement, and other conditions may apply. The CAA Member must be present during the appointment and remain throughout the service. Additional services or modifications not included in the original booking may be declined. If approved, these additional requests will incur extra charges. CAA and its automotive partners reserve the right to refuse service if a bike is deemed unsafe or unserviceable by the technician. In some cases, repairs may require the bike to be transported to a garage. CAA does not work on e-bike motors, batteries, or electrical wiring. Repairs are conducted on-site, and services will follow the written quote provided. Quotation and invoice prices may change by up to 10%, but any change exceeding 10% will require client approval before the service continues. Large repairs may reveal additional issues during disassembly, and these will require further client approval to complete the repairs. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, based on availability. CAA reserves the right to cancel appointments if the bike’s make or model is deemed unserviceable. Member-supplied parts may be used during repairs, but CAA cannot guarantee their compatibility or performance. All services will be performed professionally and in accordance with industry standards. Issues arising within one year of the service date will be addressed at no additional cost, provided they were part of the original service and not caused by improper use or neglect. The warranty is non-transferable and will be void if the damage is due to misuse, commercial use, or failure to maintain the bike as outlined in its manual.
