Things to know before buying

- Tire storage is available with an additional cost of $57 + HST.
- Once your tire purchase is complete, you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your at-home tire delivery and installation.

Mobile Tire Sales FAQ
Our service allows you to schedule an appointment for delivery and tire installation at your home, workplace, or any location of your choice. Simply choose your tires, purchase them online, book a time, and our technicians will come to you.
Our technicians will arrive at the scheduled time with all the necessary equipment. The installation typically takes about 60 to 70 minutes per vehicle. They will remove your old tires, install and balance the new ones, and provide you with a summary of work completed.
You can pay for your tires online through our website. We accept credit cards and debit cards. Payment is collected at the time of purchase.

No, installation is mandatory with the purchase of tires. Once you purchase your tires, schedule an installation date and we will bring your tires to you and install them at your home, workplace or location of your choice.
Yes, our service includes the option to have the tires installed at your location. After purchasing, you can schedule a convenient time for our Pit Crew team to come to you and perform the installation.
Absolutely. We can install new tires on your existing rims, ensuring they are properly mounted and balanced. To ensure proper fitting, all tires will be manually reviewed by our experts at the time of the service to make sure that everything fits perfectly. In the very small chance that the tires don’t fit, the proper tires will be ordered, and you will be informed immediately. There will be no charge for the rescheduled appointment.
We recommend replacing all four tires at once for optimal performance and safety. If you choose to replace only two, the new tires will provide different traction levels compared to the used tires which may result in loss of traction or decreased stability. A purchase of only two tires may result in an additional service charge of $25 + HST.
At this time we are only offering tires. However, in the near future we may offer rims/wheels sales.

Delivery times vary based on your location and the availability of the tires. Typically, you can expect your tires to arrive within a few business days. To ensure your tires are available when you schedule your installation appointment, we have the set the first available appointment date to be three business days from the time of tire purchase.

Yes. If you choose tire storage, your wheels are stored with our trusted contractor.
Tire purchase remorse period: If you need to cancel your tire purchase, you will need to inform us within 24 hours of making the purchase. Failure to provide notice within 24 hours may result in a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee.
Return policy: Tires can be returned with a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee up to 72 hours before the install date. On-sale tires cannot be returned. Tires that have been mounted to a vehicle cannot be returned.
Tire delivery and installation cancellation policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we kindly request that you do so at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a charge of $45 + HST to your credit card. This policy allows us to better accommodate our Members and optimize our scheduling. By purchasing and booking a tire installation appointment with us, you acknowledge and agree to our cancellation policy as described above. Yes. The manufacturer warranties are activated, which vary by brand. This service can be performed at various types of dwelling such as a detached house, condominium, duplex, etc. We prefer the vehicle to be parked with a minimum of three meters of space between the vehicle and other obstructions.

Service is only available to active CAA Members in good standing (Membership paid in full by Membership expiry date). CAA Mobile Tire Sales is only available for cars, SUVs, and trucks up to 3/4 ton. We cannot service commercial vehicles, trailers, RVs or campers at this time. Tire storage is available to CAA Members in Greater Ottawa. CAA Member must be present at time of appointment and remain during the duration of the service. Mobile Tire Sales is only available if there is adequate space (3 metres or 10 feet) on all sides of the vehicle for the service technician to work safely. CAA and our automotive partners reserve the right to refuse service in the event the vehicle or its tires are deemed unsafe by the service technician. Due to unforeseen circumstances or inclement weather, the tire installation appointment may be cancelled or rescheduled based on availability. CAA Mobile Tire Sales will not count as one of your CAA annual road service calls.
