To qualify you must have an active CAA membership and be within the Rogers service area.
Additionally, for mobile discounts you must:
- Be a new Rogers customer; or
- Be an existing Rogers mobile customer and complete a Hardware Upgrade (note: applicable to each line on the mobile account. Price plan changes without a Hardware Upgrade are not eligible); or
- Be a Rogers internet or TV customer and add a new mobile service.
- Existing Rogers mobile customers who do not complete a hardware upgrade are not eligible for the $10/month bundle discount if they add new internet or internet with TV service.
For internet and TV discounts you must:
- Be a new Rogers customer; or
- Be an existing Rogers mobile customer and add a new internet or internet with TV service.
Current internet or internet with TV customers do not qualify for the 10% monthly discount or $10/month bundle discount Service availability at your address will be validated prior to purchase.
Yes! Only the primary Rogers account holder requires CAA Member verification to sign up. You can have a total of 10 mobile lines on your Rogers account (on the same bill) when the primary account holder is a CAA Member.
Yes! You can transfer your existing number from your current provider. For a smooth transition, follow the instructions provided on the official Rogers support page: How to transfer your number to Rogers.
Important: You should not cancel your current service or remove your SIM card from your phone! The phone number you’re transferring to Rogers must be active to complete the transfer. Your existing service will be cancelled automatically when the transfer is finished.
You must complete the transfer through your MyRogers account to ensure your existing service is cancelled and billing from your existing provider stops.
Numbers with the area code 807 are not accepted.
Yes, Members can keep their existing phone if they are a new Rogers customer signing up for a
plan. This is commonly referred to as BYOD - bring your own device.

CAA discounts and other special Member promotions are applied manually on an account-by-account basis by Red Wireless. The final monthly payments and any special pricing or credits will be applied over the course of your first 2-3 bills. The price you see on your order summary is the price you’ll pay.
Discounts or credits missed in the first 1-2 billing cycles will be applied retroactively to the account. Since Member discounts are applied manually by the Red Wireless Team, Rogers Customer Care will not see them immediately. These take 2-3 billing cycles to appear and cannot be expedited. Visit redwireless.ca/billing for details.
